Can adults train and compete?

Yes! We offer USA Wrestling memberships to allow athletes to compete in official tournaments.

Do you have 1-2-1 classes?

We offer personal training by request. Please call to schedule.

Where are you located?

Off of Corinth St. in The Cedars of Dallas, TX.

Do you have A/C or showers?

No, we do have fans and restroom facilities, but it is not temperature controlled.

What style of wrestling do you practice?

• Freestyle - March-July

• Folkstyle - September-November

• We don’t offer wrestling classes in August, December, January, and February due to temperature.

Are uniforms (singlets) included?

No, but we offer discounted prices for custom singlets.

Are your Coaches certified?

All of our coaches are USA Wrestling certified and have numerous years of experience both coaching and competing themselves. We’d love for you to come in and try out a class.
